There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you can really let loose and groove in the pool. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles and loose that extra baggage.
BIO: The Aqua Zumba Crew is a team headed by Patricia Washington (certified Zumba instructor), husband Jeffery Washington (8th Degree Black Belt) and sister Priscilla Johnson (Long Distance Runner). The aqua crew has been teaching Aqua Zumba for 6 years. They are currently at Central Penn Fitness and Aquatics Center. Over the summer the aqua crew was a part of the health initiative program sponsored by the City of Harrisburg. The aqua team believes their water workouts do more than help you reach your body goals, but builds friendships and fellowship.
