Deborah Lee Bernal M.D. has been practicing yoga since 1982. She is a yoga and North African dance instructor, Reiki and Colorpuncture practitioner, and has done extensive training in meditation, traditional Chinese medicine, Native American and traditional African healing practice. Her yoga training has included Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Kemetic yoga. She has been a yoga instructor since 1991. She uses yoga to maintain her own health and vitality and recommends it highly to her patients.
