Instructor: Tia Cooper
Tie Cooper is an accomplished beauty expert, celebrity makeup artist, esthetician, beauty editor and coordinator. She produces an annual event called Hi-BeauTea Party, to provide scholarships to individuals that want to obtain their beauty licenses to become a makeup artist, esthetician, cosmetologists, nail technician, barber and fashion stylist. Tie also serves on advisory boards, which include Bronner Bros International Show and Cosmetology & Facial Specialty program at Florida State College.
