Class Overview

The purpose of this workshop is to facilitate a platform for single mothers to be empowered to manage emotions and to handle stress.  Through various hands-on manipulatives they are encouraged to be active in reducing the stress in their life.

By being self reflective and realistic of their struggles, obstacles, and limitations they can embrace strategies and takeaways that best fit their lifestyle.   They can become emergent leaders of their own destiny towards building a healthy way of living, moving beyond being stressed out!
